The Doctrine By Selman And Others That Adam Was Not The First Man, Is Nowhere In The Bible, False And Heretic
In this message I will use Scripture to debunk Selman’s lies
My question to the people who gobble Selman’s lies line hook and sinker, do you have verses of Scripture supporting Mr Selman’s warped theology?
Such teachings are the doctrines of DEVILS that Paul is talking about in 1 Timothy 4:1-3,6,7
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the LATTER TIMES some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to SEDUCING SPIRITS, AND DOCTRINES OF DEVILS;
“Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; FORBIDDING TO MARRY…
“[Luke Divines] If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the WORDS OF FAITH & OF GOOD DOCTRINE…”
In tracing the genealogy of Christ, Dr Luke ends with Adam, saying Adam was the Son of God because it’s God Who created him, and from him all humanity sprang.
If there had been some other MAN B4 Adam, what was his name, whose son was he, what is the story of his creation? LET’S NOT BRING CONFUSION where the Bible is clear
BIBLE INTERPRETATION HAS RULES
One of the Bible interpretation rules is this: Scripture interprets Scripture. With that in mind, if Moses’ creation story of man in Genesis is NOT clear enough, Paul’s teaching in 1 Corinthians 15:22, 45 should be clearer.
Paul says Adam was the First Man. If Paul is lying in THESE VERSES as Selman & his fellow false teachers are quoted as saying, then Paul with ALL the 14 New Testament books (half of the New Testament) attributed to him CANNOT be trusted
Paul cannot be trusted with SOME teachings and doubted elsewhere in the same Bible. This is the same Apostle Paul that Mr Selman claims he saw in a vision and gave him (Selman) instructions.
If such a man as Paul CANNOT be trusted, then my friend, no matter who you are, holding to such doctrines of devils will destroy your faith very soon.
Slowly you will begin to doubt other parts of Scripture. The Devil will keep undermining your own faith step by step. Once you eat Satan’s bait that Paul was wrong in saying Adam was the First Man, the Devil will begin to puncture every other thing Paul says.
Satan will keep telling you, “Even here Paul was wrong, even here Paul was wrong, even here, even….” You’ll begin to teach error as some good friends are happily doing in their comments on my Facebook posts
You can continue with such error knowing too well that God will hold you ACCOUNTABLE for every soul that will get lost because of your error. So be ready for God’s blessings if you are sure you are teaching FOR God, or be ready for His judgment if you are MISLEADING others
Believing Adam Was Not The First Man Is Taking Us Back To Evolution Theories
JEREMY CHRISTIAN, in attempting to prove the Bible Genesis account wrong, says,
“The interpretation that says Adam was the first man in existence is the primary misconception that makes the Bible and modern science seemingly incompatible. Correcting this one small error takes pre-flood Genesis out of the realm of mythology and plants it firmly into known history.”
Taking Genesis Out Of Context?
Taking a few Genesis verses and creating a doctrine IN TOTAL DISREGARD TO THE REST OF SCRIPTURE, is extremely dangerous.
All Scripture [the 66 books of the Bible] is given by inspiration of God. according to 2 Timothy 3:16-17
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.”
WHERE THE BIBLE IS SILENT, THE RULE IS, STOP THERE
If you continue speaking where God is silent, you’ll definitely teach error and mislead many
It’s always tempting to delve into matters outside the Bible. Avoid this curiosity. It was this morbid curiosity that got Eve into trouble and eventually the entire human race
The Devil told Eve there was something beyond God’s command of Thou shalt NOT eat… “God is keeping something precious from you. The moment you discover that thing, you shall be like God.” Eve fell for the lie and plunged humanity into trouble TODATE.
Unless you get delivered from this morbid curiosity to know BEYOND what God has made clear in the 66 books breathed by God and canonized by men led by the Spirit of God, you’ll soon find yourself in Satan’s traps.
Wherever the Bible is NOT clear on a given issue, there’s a reason why. That reason is known only to God. Digging deeper is opening doors for ALL kinds of deceptions and giving room to doctrines of demons. Stop where the Bible stops
It’s ALWAYS safe for God’s kids to keep off ANY discussion that does not add value to the New Testament REDEMPTION REALITIES. Those are the endless arguments that Paul is talking about, which subvert the faith of many. By the end of the day, knowing where Cain got his wife does not add anything to our salvation.
You are poor, jobless or sick in your body and dying, and you are still asking who was the First Man before Adam? How important is that to you at the moment? It means you are sick in your head and heart too! Cultivate your salvation and healing first, the rest later!
CANONICITY OF BIBLE BOOKS WAS LED BY THE SAME SPIRIT THAT BREATHED SCRIPTURE
There are people who claim that the books which were removed from the Bible contained the story of some human beings before Adam. Yes, there were people who wrote books which were not inspired by the Spirit of God. Those books were later removed for lack of divine inspiration.
Even in the New Testament, Dr Luke alludes that there were others besides him, Mathew, Mark and John, who also wrote their own accounts of Christ’s life and ministry. Their accounts were rejected.
To depend on books that were rejected by men inspired by the Spirit of God to decide on the canonicity of Bible books, to provide you with the truth about Creation, IS MISLEADING
